White Apricot
In the spirit of transparency, I admit now that I could be slightly biased when it comes to this delectable white tea. Stemming from my childhood memories of crumbles and purees, apricots have always been my most favoured fruit. I love them in all of their forms…fresh, frozen, dried, and now as a tea! As you may expect, the taste is naturally delicate and slightly citrus. I allowed the water to cool to around 80 degrees before stewing for 3 minutes, and I did add a small spoo
