A decaffeinated fruit infusion of pineapple, papaya and passion fruit provide tropical tones that are perfectly complimented by sweet liquorice and tangy hibiscus for a result that is delightfully zingy and delicious. 

This can be enjoyed warm or cold and is a favourite with our children.
In the summer, we create a simple alcohol-free punch with the following:


1 litre of cold water
4 cups of chilled tropical tea
1 tin of pineapple pieces
Handful of fresh mint.

Allow one teaspoon to infuse for three minutes. This blend should be enjoyed without milk.
